By using The Honest Weatherman ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The Honest Weatherman provides weather forecasts, AI-powered weather Q&A (the "Honest Weatherman"), severe weather alerts, and daily weather briefings. The App is free and ad-supported.

3. AI Weather Assistant

The Honest Weatherman AI feature provides weather information and recommendations based on current weather data. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should be used for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.

4. Weather Data Disclaimer

Weather forecasts are provided by OpenWeatherMap and enhanced by AI analysis. Forecasts are estimates and may not be accurate. Do not rely solely on this App for safety-critical weather decisions. Always follow official guidance from the National Weather Service or local authorities during severe weather events.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
  • Abuse the AI feature by submitting harmful, abusive, or non-weather-related queries
  • Interfere with the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and code within The Honest Weatherman are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Honest Weatherman is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate weather data, service interruptions, or AI-generated content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
